Coach Shaz is the Owner and Founder of FitPro Empire Fitness in 2013. She has been in this industry for 10 years and has been helping hundreds of female in Kota Kinabalu to thrive after 40s. Her goal is to empower women to become stronger both mentally and physically by encouraging them to preserve and build muscles.
Coach Bon is the Co-Founder and Head Coach has more than a decade as a fitness professional. Loves sports and being active. Hopes to help more people enjoy the benefits of an active and healthy lifestyle.
Coach Aquila has been training people since 2017. With her training programs revolving heavily around strength and hypertrophy; she advocates lifting weights as a must for females. She won’t stop until all of our ladies start to take up space in the lifting section of the gym across Sabah!
Coach Brian has dedicated his life to the industry since 2019. With a remarkable comprehension in hypertrophy, he has trained females and males who are keen to change their physique. He remains loud and proud, advocating the significance of strength training for longevity across the community!
With 1-on-1 personal training the coach will create fun and varied sessions based on your individual needs and goals.
The coach will manage your program, monitor your techniques and progress and motivate you to give 100% in every workout
Couple Personal Training is '1-on-1' basis, or 'buddy system' (Two clients with one trainer).
With Couple Personal Training, you will be able to workout with your spouse, best friend, etc and motivate each other in your journey.
Personalised Small Group Training is not your typical group training. You will training with two other workout buddy so you can motivate each other.
The program will take account on your fitness level and your goal!

TO GET STARTED, WE RECOMMEND A TRIAL SESSION, THIS WAY YOU GET TO MEET YOUR COACH BEFORE YOU MAKE AN ONGOING COMMITMENT. IN YOUR TRIAL SESSION YOUR COACH WILL COMPLETE YOUR HEALTH AND FITNESS ASSESSMENT, WHICH INCLUDES MEDICAL SCREENING, FITNESS TESTING, BASIC MOVEMENTS SCREENING, AND GOAL SETTING SESSION.
